		<description>I&#039;m glad you enjoyed that.  It was a conscious decision to have everyone be called &quot;sir&quot;.  &quot;Ma&#039;am&quot; is just something you call old ladies, and that doesn&#039;t make sense to me.  Also, I tend to call everyone &quot;sir,&quot; or at least my friends.
